Kang Yang Manufactory has been specialized in nylon bags processing since our establishment in Taiwan, 1985. It was only until 1995 when we relocated ourselves in Ping Hu Town, Shenzhen Guangdong in mainland China. Up to 2003, we have managed to sustain steady growth in our business, expanding it twice its size. Currently, we have 12000 square meters of factory building and over 1200 professional staffs with the capability of producing approximately 1.8 million complicated bags per year. Our products include laptop cases, backpack, travel bags, sports bags and many more. Up until now, this system has been upgraded four times. After many years of experience in developing an integrated and highly-efficient management system, our operation procedures in each department is easy and unhindered. Clear and well-defined individual responsibilities, as well as standard operating procedures have proved to safeguard the best product quality for our customers.Our factory stations 550 imported sewing machines and 22 computer sewing machines, with a working force of over 600 skillful workers and 100 outstanding supervisors. These superior facilities and professional service are designed to handle flexible production demands and meet delivery dates as requested by clients.In order to provide technical support for our clients' new designs as well as to exploit its market value and expansion, we established a sample room which can be used for sample drafting according to the clients' original models, drafting their design and other related information.To adapt the European and the US environmental protection requirements, we have invested heavily in importing the detecting instruments from US and constructed a detecting laboratory of our own, capable of performing tests on heavy metal content of materials. Our other research includes tensile strength of hardware and plastic buckle, tearing strength of fabric and de-colorization processes etc. These series of experiments have enabled us to develop a high-end market for our customers' products.We are mainly engaged in OEM and the ODM production, cooperated with numerous international brands such as KAPPA, MUSTO, HEAD, UMBRO, TARGUS, INCASE and PACSAFE etc. Our products are mainly sold to Europe, America, Australia and Asia.
